2. Under "Mental Health Assessment", tap on "Start now" to launch Mental Assessment menu.

3. You will see the following screen:

2. Tap "OK" to continue.

1. WellXS App offers four (4) types of Mental Health Assessments. DASS-21 is availabe now and the remaining will be availabe very soon. Tap on your preferred assesment tool. Depending on your selection, you will see the following screen:

1. Follow the instructions and answer all 21 questions truthfully to complete the assessment.
